Refund policy
We want you to feel 100% satisfied with your order. Reach out using our Contact Form or email hello@voxintra.com if you have any concerns with your experiences.
Vox Intra products are final sale, but if there is a shipping error or an item was badly damaged in shipping then please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (as indicated by your tracking number). We'll do what we can to make things right (you will be asked to submit a photo of the damage in our reply). You may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
The following are not eligible for refunds (however, inquiries are evaluated on a case-by-case basis):

Incorrect address: The customer provided an incorrect shipping address upon purchasing. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct and that it can accommodate arrival of packages. (See further down this page for details about packages returned to sender).

Damaged packaging: The package or products arrived damaged, due to mishandling by a shipping carrier. Each Vox Intra package and product that is sent out is carefully looked over to make sure that it is packaged with care. Exchanges may be offered in these cases and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us for further assistance.

You feel a Vox Intra deck did not help you with your issues or was not what you expected: Our decks are just one of many tools available to you to navigate challenges; they are not a cure-all for any issues and Vox Intra does not make any claims to treat any issues or conditions. What works for others may not work for you. Reviews are not a guarantee of outcome. Please look at all the images and read the description closely before buying. Perceived value: "I feel I paid more than it's worth". It takes a lot of time and effort to create our products (which are thoughtfully designed by the founder and then manufactured in the USA with the help of small businesses) and they are priced accordingly.
- Arrival time: The package did not arrive on time. If your order is time-sensitive, please order with ample time to receive it, particularly around holidays. Leave at LEAST 7 business days for domestic (USA) packages to arrive during the holidays, and at least 2 full weeks for Canada. Allow 2 full weeks during holiday seasons. We do not have much control over where your package goes once it leaves our hands.

Lost but "Delivered" Orders that tracking shows to be delivered but are said by the recipient to be lost, unclaimed or otherwise not received. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the package has a safe delivery destination. In most cases, it's simply a delay on behalf of the postal carrier and is resolved within a couple of days. Make sure that the destination address you provided was correct. Check with neighbors, your apartment office, mail person, and local post office first to see if they know anything. If you still do not see movement on your order tracking after a few days, you can file a claim on USPS using your tracking number and shipment info. Vox Intra can do this on your behalf upon request. Sensitivities to body products It is the customer's responsibility to read ingredient lists of body products carefully to determine potential sensitivities. If possible, it's recommended to purchase a sample size for testing first. After purchase, it is recommended you consult with a physician and test the product on a tiny area of your body first. Ingredients or descriptions on the Vox Intra website do not guarantee any kind of medical results or alleviation of physical issues or conditions. Use products only as directed.
- Dissatisfaction with the fragrance of a body product
- Shipping costs are non refundable, except in the case that you paid for shipping and received an item different to the one on your order confirmation/invoice. We will refund your shipping cost and ship you the correct item at no charge, at the same rate of shipping you originally selected.
My order says delivered but it's missing/My order tracking is taking awhile. What do I do?
- In most cases, it is simply a delay on behalf of the postal carrier and is resolved within a couple of days. Make sure that the destination address you provided was correct. We cannot offer a refund or send a replacement if the address provided was incorrect. Check with neighbors, your apartment office, your mail person, and local post office first to see if they know anything.
- In the case of a "delivered" package - sometimes the carrier scans the item before it is actually delivered if they are delayed on their route. Give it up to 48 hours before taking action.
- If you still do not see movement on your order tracking after a few days, you can file a claim on USPS using your tracking number and shipment info. Whether the claim is accepted and you are issued a refund is at the discretion of the carrier. Vox Intra can do this on your behalf, but the process may be faster if you do this through your own USPS account. Contact us if you need assistance.
- We're very sorry but Vox Intra is not responsible for acts of porch piracy. As a very small business, it's extremely difficult for me to replace the cost of stolen or lost packages, but there are other steps we can take or solutions we can discuss. Please reach out for further help.
I never picked up my order from the post office or the package was sent back to Vox Intra. What happens now?
- Usually this happens if the address provided was not deliverable. Please ensure that your address was correct and your mailbox set up to receive mail. If we receive the item and if it is in good condition, we are happy to re-ship it upon confirmation of the address. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. We will not re-ship it unless you contact us. If you don't contact us, the package is considered abandoned and you will have to re-purchase if you wish to receive the items.
- If the product/package is never received by Vox Intra, we receive the goods in poor condition, or customer is not available to confirm the re-shipping address, we reserve the right not to re-ship or refund. We may evaluate the condition of the product and credit you back minus the cost of damaged product at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
- Product availability varies and certain products may not be available for re-purchase at a later time or at the same price originally purchased.
Duties & Taxes for International Orders:
International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes that are imposed by foreign governments. Vox Intra has no control over this. When applicable, you will be required to pay these duties and taxes for your country at the time of delivery. If you refuse or abandon your package, no refund will be issued.
Sales Tax
We collect sales tax on each order upon checkout. Sales tax varies based upon buyer's location.
