How quickly are orders shipped out?

We ship within 3 business days of receiving your order (during promotional or holiday periods, orders may be delayed due to high demand). During hot months, if your order contains body products and is placed on a weekend or during a holiday, we may wait until the first available business day to ship (to minimize the risk of melting or separation in body products due to heat).

 

What are your shipping methods?

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority mail to the United States and Canada. Other rates may be available to you at checkout. Their shipping times may vary.

  • USPS Ground Advantage Mail can take up to 7 business days to arrive (within the United States) and slightly longer to Canada.
  • Priority Mail typically arrives within 2-3 business days from the ship date in the United States. It may take longer to Canada.
  • Please note that the above are only estimates.

 

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on package weight, destination, and carrier.

 

What if my package gets lost, misdelivered or stolen?

First off, we know this is really disappointing, stressful, and unfortunate. Don't panic. Most of the time, orders that haven't been stolen show up within a week or so. Please be patient and check with your apartment complex office, local postal delivery person, or neighbors about the package's whereabouts.

Orders that tracking shows to be delivered but lost, unclaimed or otherwise have not been received by the recipient are not eligible for refund, but will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the package has a safe delivery destination and the delivery address is correct when placing their order. If you (the customer) chose USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, you can file a claim to recover up to $100 of the cost of the order after the grace period has passed. You may do this here or reach out to us for assistance. At the time of writing, the grace period is 21 days after shipment date. As a courtesy, Vox Intra may file this claim on behalf of the customer upon request.


How are your products packaged?

Most orders ship in rigid cardboard shipping boxes. We do our best to minimize plastic in all our packaging and shipping but this may not always be possible.

Perfume oils and other liquid products may be packaged inside a small plastic baggie (to minimize risk of accidental leakage).

We're happy to minimize the completely eliminate use of plastic packaging upon request. Reach out to us via our Contact page to request this.
