The need to stretch a dollar is high right now. Going out can be costly, not to mention draining if you're not a very social person! The good news is there's plenty of things you can do for free. I've compiled a giant, practical, zero-cost idea bank you can pull from anytime you’re bored or burnt out.
I grouped them by solo, partner, or group activity and then further separated them out by setting, so you can quickly scan based on mood and energy level.
🌱Free Activities to do Solo
Outdoors: At a park, nature preserve, your yard, neighborhood

Take a slow “noticing walk” and photograph five tiny details you usually miss.
